A Delivery Checklist for Your Gelagen Order
There is a lot of noise online about Gelagen shipping and delivery. As the makers of Gelagen we would rather give you the careful version, with the limits left in, than a promise that falls apart in a month.
Gelagen shipping and delivery is straightforward: orders are processed within one to two business days, 3 and 6-bottle packs ship free within the US, and a tracking link arrives by email.
Before you begin
Before you start: none of this requires buying anything. Work through the items in order, give each a fair run, and keep a short note of what changes. That record is worth more than any product claim, including ours.
The checklist
- ☐ Check your email — Confirmation arrives within minutes; look in spam if not.
- ☐ Use the tracking link — It activates once the carrier scans the parcel.
- ☐ Inspect on arrival — Seal intact, expiry date clear, bottle undamaged.
- ☐ Contact support — If tracking stalls for more than five business days, email us with your order number.
- ☐ Know this: Typical US delivery is 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- ☐ Know this: The 2-bottle pack carries a small shipping charge shown at checkout.
- ☐ Know this: International orders, where available, take longer and may incur customs fees.
- ☐ Know this: Liquid products should be brought indoors promptly in extreme heat or cold.
Revisit the list in thirty days. Progress on even two items usually does more for day-to-day comfort than any single purchase.

Why these items made the list
It matters because skin health comfort is rarely about one thing. Air, hydration, fitness, medicines and expectations all interact, and a clear picture stops you from blaming or crediting the wrong factor.
In practice this is the detail most people overlook. We see this pattern again and again in customer messages. It is one of the few points nearly every reliable source agrees on.
Red flags and false beliefs
Myth: “Free shipping means slower shipping”
Fact: All packs ship by the same method.
Myth: “Heat ruins raspberry gummys in transit”
Fact: A few days in transit is fine; long-term storage should be cool and dry.
Working out value for yourself
Value is cost divided by usefulness, and only you can score the second part. Work out the daily cost of the pack you are considering, then ask whether you would pay that for the change you hope to see. If the honest answer is no, a smaller pack, or no purchase at all, is the right call.
Quick questions
How long does Gelagen take to arrive?
Usually 5 to 7 business days in the US.
Is shipping free?
Yes on 3 and 6-bottle packs.
Do you ship outside the US?
Availability varies; the checkout page lists supported countries.
Important cautions
Do not use a bottle that arrives with a broken seal; contact support for a replacement.
A word on safety before anything else. Gelagen is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It does not treat acne, eczema or infection, and it is never a substitute for a dermatologist prescription. Vitamin B can add to thyroid medicines, so if you take one, ask your prescriber first. We also advise against use in pregnancy, while nursing and under 18.
Where Gelagen fits
Gelagen was built as the small, easy part of a bigger routine: two gummies of Biotin, B-vitamins, zinc and vitamins A, C, D, E extract once a day. It is chewed and swallowed, and it supports rather than treats. The mechanism is laid out on how Gelagen works, and everything else is on our Gelagen official website.
Gelagen pricing, sale and discount
On price: Gelagen costs from $49 to $79 per bottle depending on the pack, billed once with no subscription. The biggest Gelagen discount is on six bottles, which works out to about $1.63 a day. Details of the present Gelagen sale are on our pricing section, and the 60-day guarantee covers opened bottles.
