Refund Policy
Every Gelagen order is covered for 60 days from the purchase date.
How to claim
- Email support@gelagenmarket.com with your order number within 60 days.
- Return the bottles (opened or empty is fine) to the address support provides.
- Your refund of the product price is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Good to know
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- The 3 and 6-bottle packs last longer than 60 days, so make your decision within the window.
- Bottles bought from marketplace resellers are not covered.
